Starting in 2017, Stripes advised On’s leadership team on team building, international expansion and growing its DTC business through retail and e-commerce. Our HR & Talent Team placed their head of finance and connected the brand with Equinox and Nordstrom for retail partnerships. Our Go-to-Market & Network Team facilitated strategic introductions to support the brand’s international expansion in Asia. Our Investment Team assisted with preparing the company for IPO on NYSE in 2021. By 2021, On grew revenue 7.8x since our initial investment.
