Before joining Stripes, he spent more than two decades as CEO of Domino’s Pizza Enterprises, where he led the company’s growth from 200 stores in Australia to over 3,800 across 12 international markets. At Domino’s, Don focused on scaling operations, building strong franchise systems, and using technology to enhance the customer experience.
