In addition to sourcing and assisting with Stripes' portfolio companies, Reshma leads Stripes’ Capital Markets and Strategic Development efforts. Within Capital Markets, Stripes is committed to assisting our portfolio companies efficiently raise debt and equity capital to support their scaling needs and similarly, we play an active role as our businesses seek realizations and recapitalizations. Stripes’ Strategic Development efforts are predicated on supporting our Companies launch new geographies and new products, with a focus on partnerships with corporations. Reshma also built Stripes’ operations in India and is on the ground every quarter.
Prior to joining Stripes, Reshma worked at Deutsche Bank in New York City. While in college, Reshma led a case-based program of social entrepreneurship for underprivileged adolescents in the slums of Mumbai which received full grant funding and enabled students to develop business plans, pitch and launch local small businesses with seed capital.

Reshma was born in Michigan, grew up in Indiana and now lives in Brooklyn with her husband. A love of art history has led her travels to more than 40 countries.
