Courtney is focused on Employee Experience internally at Stripes. Between recruiting top talent to join the Stripes family, overseeing our performance management process, coordinating our learning & development opportunities, and building and enhancing our culture, Courtney’s main priority is to create an environment where our people can thrive.
Prior to joining Stripes in 2015, Courtney spent three years as a recruiter at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. There, she recruited for their Global Banking and Markets internship and full-time programs.

Courtney is a native of Chicago and as a result, she receives a lot of heat from New Yorkers for her preference for deep dish pizza. In her free time, you will likely find Courtney cycling on her Peloton, attempting to play tennis, researching new restaurants to try, or catching up on her favorite Bravo shows. Courtney is a lifelong dog lover, and after spending years as the resident Stripes dogsitter, Courtney and her husband got a dog of their own, Boone.
