Courtney is focused on Employee Experience internally at Stripes. Between recruiting top talent to join the Stripes family, overseeing our performance management process, coordinating our learning & development opportunities, and building and enhancing our culture, Courtney’s main priority is to create an environment where our people can thrive.
Prior to joining Stripes in 2015, Courtney spent three years as a recruiter at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. There, she recruited for their Global Banking and Markets internship and full-time programs.
"STRIPES RECOGNIZES AND VALUES THE POWER OF PEOPLE AND THEIR IMPACT ON THE OVERALL SUCCESS OF COMPANIES. WHETHER WE ARE FILLING AN ANALYST ROLE INTERNALLY OR A C-SUITE LEVEL ROLE AT ONE OF OUR PORTFOLIO COMPANIES, STRIPES IS COMMITTED TO RECRUITING TOP TALENT."
After making the move to NYC from her hometown of Chicago, Courtney has taken her “foodie” status to the next level. While she loves the NYC food scene, she stands by her claim that nothing is better than Lou Malnati’s Chicago-style deep dish pizza. Courtney has been practicing yoga since the 7th grade following the advice of her grandmother who is a lifelong yogi. As a dog lover, Courtney loves spending time with the Stripes pups.
