As President of International and Licensing at Donna Karan, built and grew the international channel to $500M, increased royalty revenues by 85% and doubled operating income.
Brigitte is an Operating Partner of Stripes focusing on branded consumer businesses in the Vertical Retail, Fashion, Wellness and Beauty space, with keen interest in sustainability, disruptive technologies and emerging, fast-growing trends, including recommerce.
Brigitte is currently a Board Member at Reformation, a Stripes portfolio company, and serves on the Board at Trove, a sustainability-focused tech company powering recommerce for retailers and brands. She is also a Strategic Advisor and Mentor to founders and CEOs at multiple companies across the Fashion, Wellness and Retail Tech industries.
Brigitte’s consumer branding and business leadership experience spans digital and physical retail along with the full scope of supply chain operations. She brings deep expertise in marketing, product development and consumer engagement.
Throughout Brigitte’s executive career, she worked for some of the world’s most iconic fashion brands steering organizations through startup, evolution and unprecedented global growth.
As the President of Tory Burch alongside the founder, Brigitte grew the company from one location in NYC into a global brand powerhouse and fueled profitable revenue growth to $1.2B, with distribution spanning company-owned retail stores and ecommerce, luxury and specialty retailers, etailers, and licensing. Brigitte served as a driving force to build a highly approachable, resonant brand that organically attracted profitable partnerships and top industry talent, forged deep, authentic consumer engagement and inspired brand loyalty.
Previously, as President at Michael Kors and Alexander McQueen, Brigitte steered the evolution and growth of these two luxury brands while leading effective, capital-efficient operations and optimizing the supply chain. Earlier in her career at Donna Karan as President of International and Licensing, Brigitte built the business and fueled exponential growth in the global marketplace for the Donna Karan and DKNY brands across women’s and men’s apparel and accessories.

Brigitte lives in New York City with her husband, Robert, son, Luca, and dog, Pluto. During her free time, Brigitte enjoys keeping active outdoors and especially loves hiking, swimming and skiing.
