Ripley is responsible for sourcing, executing and supporting investments, with a focus on software and B2B Internet. He is actively involved with Stripes portfolio companies FullStory, monday.com, BacklotCars, and Kareo. Prior to joining Stripes, Ripley helped develop a SaaS-based communications product in the Healthcare IT space, worked closely with the COO and co-founder of a venture-backed communications startup in DC to drive business development efforts and ultimately guide the company to an acquisition, and worked with a BDC to provide debt financing to private companies.

Originally from Virginia, Ripley now lives in NYC and enjoys getting out of the city and into nature when he is not at Stripes.
